This year spring was for travel and summer was for theater, and I managed to have an enjoyable time. I saw a total of 21 plays this year, 12 productions of Shakespeare plays, and 8 other plays (one of them twice), produced by 6 different theater companies, in 3 different states. I also managed to see a rarely staged non-canon Shakespeare play. The count of live Shakespeare productions I’ve seen is now at 176.
